Kick Panels

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Our Kick Pane trim reproductions are a NLA (No Longer Available) part from Mazda. We increased the main cores structure by increasing the thickness. In addition we extended the tip of the kick panels to provide more structure to prevent cracking by the rectangular hole where the door sills interlock.

DISCLAIMER (READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER):
Due to the nature of the process we are using (Silicone Molds and Resin Casting) we are able to pick up every exact detail. We modify OEM cores which allows us to get a 100% identical texture match to the original part. However, if there is a cosmetic blemish, it will appear on our remanufactured part as well. With these cars being over 25 years old it is becoming impossible to get cosmetically immaculate parts to use as cores, especially since most of our products are remanufactures NLA (No Longer Available). We want to be 100% transparent with our customers so we are noting any cosmetic blemishes that have transferred over to our parts here. ALL parts function just like OEM if not better, these minute blemishes are strictly cosmetic on textured areas that we can not repair without messing up the texture. Please look carefully in the photo’s, most issues are only seen at certain angles and are not easily visible unless you are trying to find them.

Known Cosmetic Blemishes:
The Driver side kick panel has some like burnishing around the tip, it is wear from the overlapping door sill trim edge rubbing against it, this will not be visible once the door sill is installed over it.
The Passenger side kick panel has (2) very minor dimple indentations along the arch area. Most-likely caused from kicking or something hitting it. They roughly measure 1mm x 3mm and 1mm x 2mm. They appear more like imperfections in the texture vs indentations. They are only visible in certain angles/lighting conditions.
