6.5" Speaker Adapters

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

As the FD is surpassing its 3 decade mark, it is long overdue for some modernization. The sound system is one of the area’s that could use some upgrading. However, unhappy with the current options on the market led to the development of our speaker adapters. Our goal was to retain the OEM fit and finish and make installation as frictionless and easy as possible. Our bolt in adapters accept 6.5” speakers. They are 3D printed and mate perfectly into the OEM Non-Bose speaker brackets. Our adapter kit also includes extended wiring pigtails (reuse OEM clip) for ease installation and to retain the OEM fit and finish!
Please note: Due to the required clearance for the window glass in the back and the door panel speaker grill, space is very limited. Refer to the diagram for suggested compatible speakers and measurements to determine compatibility of other models. Speaker Spacers are available for $10 a set or you can download the file for free and 3D print them yourself. Only Compatible with OEM Non-Bose Speaker Brackets
